Watercress Rush

Ingredients

1 cup watercress leaves

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

4 sprigs of fresh parsley

1/2 cup no sugar added orange juice

Dash of sea salt

Directions

Blend and garnish with diced cucumbers.
